Auch in diesem Jahr werden erneut die Game Awards im Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles verliehen. Die dreistündige Liveshow findet am Freitag, dem 10. Dezember 2021 ab 02:00 Uhr deutscher Zeit statt. Neben den Preisverleihungen sind viele Ankündigungen zu kommenden Spielen zu erwarten. Darunter auch einige Weltpremieren.
